Submission Guidelines
- Format: Articles must be sent as Microsoft Word or PDF files.
- Article Title: Choose a relevant title; we might tweak it for SEO or clarity.
- Author Details: Include your full name, email, a concise bio (3-5 sentences) highlighting your title, company, website/blog URL, and social media profiles.
- Visual Elements: Embed relevant images, charts, or photos in the document. If unspecified, we will supplement using our in-house collection.
- Content Focus: We emphasize the merger of technology with healthcare – from rudimentary tools to advanced diagnostic equipment. Your content should echo this focus.
- Citations: Properly cite sources, quotes, or statistics. Use hyperlinks when possible, or list references with full details at the article’s end.
- Formatting: Avoid excessive decoration; our preparation for web posting may strip special characters, headers, footers, or specific formats.
Please note, while our copy editors will fine-tune grammar and punctuation, the essence and accuracy of the article remain the author’s responsibility. Submission does not equal to automatic publication; our decision hinges on various editorial factors.

Article Selection Process:

- Depth Evaluation (4-7 days post-submission): Over the course of the next week, we delve deeper, assessing an article’s relevance, clarity, originality, and depth. Our focus always lies in content that resonates most with our audience.
- Collaborative Edits (8-14 days post-submission): Post-evaluation, should there be potential areas for refinement, we revert for a collaborative editing process. This phase emphasizes a cooperative approach to enhance the article’s fit and finish.
- Final Verdict (15-20 days post-submission): Within three weeks of your submission, our editorial board’s collective decision will be conveyed. This determination, made after a thorough review, will confirm whether the article will be published on The MedTech Digest. Rest assured, contributors will be informed promptly regarding this decision.
